so...its my birthday.

tuesday i practed with the bobble heads and dave tried out for rythem guitar. dave did very well. i think we have another person trying out, maybe, some girl from princeton. the practice went well i think. we havn't practiced in a loooooonnngggggg time so it was pretty much us re-learning the songs. we got pizza.

wednesday i went out with dave and corey. first we hit the mall, which is always fun with those guys. we made the traditional "wine" joke we always make. i'd be glad to explain that to anybody who wants to hear it. i bought something. can't tell you what it is on here cause its a surprise for my youth group. i'll spill the beans on that later. we had an extra drink cause when corey pressed the live wire button on the drink machine, some watermelon drink came out, so naturally we tried to bust it by driving over it, but somehow it never did. it finally shot out from under the tire and we were too lazy to go get it. we got pizza.

then we went to wal-mart and we ran into friends of corey and dave, not much going on there. we went to the park, which was a nice change. we played on the swings and random things until we realized we're musicians and video gamers so we fled from the sun. we were there for about 15 minutes. then we went to the only place left, k-mart. corey hit me in the no-no region with a toy. he said i over sold it, but it hurt. we made fun of the hulk lunchbox. it was funny.

yesterday, mom dragged me to the mall. i hate, i mean hate, the clothing selection around here. most of trip consisted of "how bout this?", "no." finally i settled on a plaid shirt and a pretty cool sweater and i did get an awesome ghostbusters shirt.

mom won't let me get those stretch pants i want because she thinks they're too expensive and she's afraid to order stuff over the internet. ugh. i swear, i will eventually get those pants or something like them one day. man, i sound like a 13 year old girl.

today, my birthday, really hasn't been that exciting. mom got me a pizza sub from subway and i had some cake and ice cream. i really didn't get ny gifts, not yet anyway. i got some cards and $20. i cant wait for tomorrow. devien's throwing me a party at dairy queen in bluefield, va. its at 1 if anybody who reads this wants to come. then we're going to cheap thrills and then we're going bowling. should be a fun time.

taylor's sending me something in the mail. i don't know whether to be frightened or intrigued...maybe both.
