yes, i am alive.

so the college life has been pretty sweet so far. we just got our internet to work today so i'll try to give a day by day look at whats happened so far.

day 1: i arrived on scene and it was good. i'm in a co-ed dorm and my mom said, "there sure are a lot of girls in your dorm." yes, mom, i know. i ate at joe's diner. very tasty. met my roommate, carter. he's a cool guy. we get along really well. he mentioned the word "party" and like 5 girls showed up at our door saying they heard the word "party" and later some girls came by at 2 in the morning just to say "hey."

day 2: we wake up to find several numbers written on our marker board. saw a band that night called welbilt. they were awesome live, but i bought the cd and it only had a few good songs on it. oh, and i was asked to be in a band.

day 3: someone said my gotee was hot. carter and i went to church with a friend of his from pulaski. then we ate at subway and went back to her house for some ping pong and fooseball. that night this motivational speaker spoke in heth hall. he was hilarious.

day 4: classes started. went with carter and his pulaskian friend to give blood(but i was the only one able to do so). then we went to the park and played in the grass and stuff.

day 5: i made $20, a pack of gum and a hug by eating the mystery food item in the dining hall. quite possibly the worst thing i've ever eaten, but definately worth it. went with carter, megan and brittany(not gillespie) to play ping pong and air hockey. that was fun.

today: we got our internet working and i'm typing this entry and watching warped wednesday on fuse. yay!

so thats pretty much what's been going on.
