well today i got some really good news and some really bad news that is completely unrelated.

bad news: i'm not going to wheeling. katie doesn't want to drive and her dad doesn't have any room for me. unfortunately, i didn't receive this information until after i finished packing, in fact, right after i finished packing. i'm not bitter and i'm not mad at anyone. i was just looking forward to going.

good news: here at radford in the music department, we have a level system and after each semester we have a jury where we play a piece and they decide wether we move up in the level system or not. i sort of screwed up and didn't get an accompianist(i think i spelled that word right for once), but turns out, as a first year student, i have the option of skipping the jury my first semester and start next semester. i'm so happy about that cause thats one less thing i have to stress about.

i'm going to a battle of the bands tonight. admission is only $2. woot.

chris and i had to do a presentation tuesday in our arts and entertainment in the marketplace class. it sucked, but its over and i think we got an a.
