2005-05-11 - 10:59 p.m. heh, sarah called me the survey master. anyway...yeah. i'm home for the summer. yay! i left radford on saturday, so we'll just start out the entry with saturday. i was supposed to play with the band for graduation, but like the rebel i am(yeah right), i ended up skipping it. my dad was coming early to pick up my stuff and i just had too much on my mind to do the graduation thing. plus i didn't feel like getting up early to play 3 marches and then "pomp and circumstance" for 20 minutes straight. so my dad gets there and we start hauling my stuff to his truck. on our last trip, the ra stops us and says there's a "no moving policy" until after graduation. i so wanted to start doing the robot or something when she said that just to be a smartass, but i didn't. i was nice. my dad told her this was the only time he could come, so she decided to let us go and told us not to get caught by campus police. as soon as my dad pulled out, one of the campus police came flying down a fight of stairs on a bike. it was the coolest thing i'd seen all day. so then i just kinda waited around after that til mom came and picked me and the rest of my stuff up. that night was prom, which of course i did not go to. i really wanted to tho. katie and i hung out for a while cause we're the loser old kids who had nothing to do cause all our friends were at prom. we went to the mall and saw a guy at american eagle rip his expensive jeans. that was amusing. he told katie i seem like a fun guy...and he told her she's a brickhouse. lets see, katie and i also went to cheap thrills, where i bought the new reel big fish record(its really good). we went to wendy's and the overlook and grocery shopping (yeah, we were that bored). then we went to michael's for the michael after party. whoo! that was fun. katie and i brought a cake with macho man randy savage on it. it was good cake. corey and i had our own personal circle pit in the street. then everybody left except for me, randall, and corey. we stayed up late and swapped man stories and whatnot. it was really fun. we don't do that enough. really. i was the only one that stayed up the entire night. over 36 hours of no sleep! woo! the next night, still on my run of no sleep, i went to corey's house. i was a little dissappointed when i got there for a reason i wont disclose, but i ended up having fun anyway. corey, beth, and i watched mystery science theater 3000: the movie and then played some video games. woot. yesterday, i went by and saw the new house we're moving into on the 27th. i love it. it has the coolest basement ever that i might get to live in. mom was talking yesterday like it would be ok if i lived down there, but today she kinda talked like she might have to rent it out. that blows. i really hope things work out for us financially so we dont have to rent out and i can stay down there. however, mom did say that even if we rent out we can still use the huge den thats in the basement(movie nights!). thats pretty much all thats been going on. i've been bored out of my mind tho cause all my friends are still in school. song of the day(1): streetlight manifesto - "a better place, a better time" song of the day(2): one man army - "let's call it an evening" song of the day(3): green day - "ha ha you're dead" song of the day(4): good riddance - "think of me" (still dont have the mitch quote page back) quote of the day: "when you're back there those lyrics were in my head all day.
