2005-05-30 - 1:44 a.m.

hey kiddies. its been quite a while. i figured it was about time i dusted off the ol' diary. lots of stuff has happened, but i'll just touch on the important parts (which basically means the stuff i remember).

we moved into our new house. i love it. i did end up getting the basement and its really cool down here.

uh lets see, a couple days ago i went to the carnival with beth, dave, rachel, and michael. we met up with corey, randy, amanda, travis, and his girlfriend emily. randy was my date since everyone else had one. i had a lot of fun. i love the carnival. the hammer is my favorite ride and not just cause corey was screaming the whole time we were on it (i love you corey).

the next morning katie and i went yard sale hopping. it was a very disappointing trip tho. we didn't find anything cool. i did buy a hotdog tho.

later day, michael came over and hung out for a while. then katie came and picked us up and michael went to amanda's, so katie and i drove around for a while, went to cheap thrills, and then the carnival again. one of the carny's(like just about everyone that sees katie and i when we hang out together) thought we were a couple. it was kinda funny. he was like, "ain't she gonna win you nottin'?" no, katie didn't win me nuttin'. but she did buy us both funnel cake. funnel cake rocks.

after the funnel cake, we picked up randy and went to walmart where we were very perverted and katie tried to kill me, but what else is new? we bought a six pack of kool-aid bursts and some sun chips and headed up to the overlook. we should do that more often.

i dont drink that often and when i do i don't drink a whole lot, but lately i've been craving some vodka. its been a while.

ok, i'm gonna touch on this subject real quick. i'm over sarah. i honestly didn't think i would, but i got pissed off when she told me the real reason why she dumped me and then being pissed off at that made me pissed off about some other things she did and blah blah blah, i'm over her. man, getting over someone is so much easier when you're pissed off.

moving on...

i've fallen in love with this amazing band called the sounds. they're a lot like blondie, but with more synth. i love them. check them out.

i recently bought billy talent's cd. its awesome.

oh, i guess i should talk about the show. well chris came up to bluefield and stayed a week. we practiced every night. i was beat by the end of that week. we played a show on wednesday of that week with better off dreaming and FADD. it was a great show. we played a lot better than our first show and i had a great time. i wish we didn't have to hang it up for the summer tho. i miss it already. we'll be working on some merch ideas this summer so we're not completely stopping things. we're also planning a tour for next summer. thats gonna be awesome.
